About This Training

Values Align takes the values an organization already has and makes them usable. Across a single working session of discussion and guided practice, teams aligned on what each value actually means, recognized the behaviors that uphold or undermine them, and practiced naming misalignment with care. The result is a shared language that shows up in daily work, not just in the handbook.

What Participants Learned

  • Name the values. Move from a vague sense of the values to clearly naming and defining all ten.
  • See them in behavior. Recognize what upholds a value and what quietly undermines it.
  • Engage misalignment. Raise a concern with a peer with care instead of avoiding it.
  • Hold yourself accountable. Notice when you drift from a value and self correct.
  • Reflect daily. Connect everyday actions to the values that guide the work.

It gave me the courage to hold others accountable when we are not being client centered.
